About

This page was created by Nevaeh Jeancola, the great great granddaughter of William & Lucy Jeancola, original owners of Jeancola's Market in Lorain, Ohio. The store was a well-known staple in the community for over 50 years and was then passed down to William Jr. and his wife, Olga. It started as an Italian meat market and grocery store in the 1950s and in the 1990s, expanded to include a custom t-shirt shop ran by Bill Jeancola, Nevaeh's grandfather and son of William Jr. and Olga.
Nevaeh's mother, Maria spent her childhood at Jeancola's market next to her grandmother's side, Olga. It has always been a dream of hers to reopen the store since it closed its doors in 1997...which may someday soon become a reality.
For now, Nevaeh is carrying on the legacy of the Jeancola's Market name through a virtual platform in the form of vintage and resale items - many of which were tucked away in storage for 30+ years!
The majority of the items being listed for sale are truly vintage - most of them dating back to the 1970s! You will see hundreds of authentic iron-on heat transfers from companies like Roach, Duo-Glo, and Pacific Transfer that Nevaeh is applying to t-shirts, crop tops, tanks, and more! Some of these transfers sell for hundreds of dollars on resale sites!
What is starting as a summer project is projected to turn into the start of Nevaeh's entrepreneurial career as she follows in the footsteps of the many generations of small business owners in the Jeancola family!
Thank you again for your support and please keep an eye out for all of the amazing items being listed for sale!
